Homemade Popeye's inspired chicken sandwich, juicy and seasoned chick pea patty fried topped with vegan cheese and homemade chipotle mustard, sweet pickles and thin cut tomato's . With a side of sweet potato fries

Enchiladas in a bowl?!

Green enchilada sauce, filled with a variety of vegetables, spices and herbs. Topped with tortilla chips, vegan cheese and juicy avocado.
